Jack Flynn was a senior agent at the Agency. Jakob Resh says that he "leads the ground forces," while Wilbur, the Agency's "gadget guy," claims that he "sometimes doesn't like people."
Jack was a no-nonsense agent who was disinclined to socialize or banter with his colleagues. We know nothing of his personal life or history.

Jack Flynn first appeared in "Apocalypse" as an unnamed agent from The Agency. At the end of the episode, he asks Jakob Resh to join him, but Jakob declines. He next appeared in The Agency, where he oversaw the training of Lauren Clay and Jay Markiss. Now a senior Agent working for Jakob, he intentionally uses Lauren Clay as bait for a rampaging werewolf and shoots Markiss after he was infected by a werewolf bite.
His second appearance was in "Trust of the Fallen", in which Flynn saves the Agency, and Jakob, from a hostile Parasite residing within the body of a fellow agent.
Jack Flynn last appeared briefly in "Salesman". He exchanges a few lines about rising vampire aggression with Lauren Clay at an Agency briefing.
